Horrible service, say no more

Seriously?! Our monthly subscription from Amazon has been sitting in a town away since August 3rd with zero updates! It was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd and is just sitting with zero movement. Why can’t we actually call and talk to anyone about packages? Answering your calls could help get the packages where they are supposed to be! Absolutely ridiculous that you can’t talk to an agent! Worst customer service!

Paid to have an item shipped via flat rate shipping. Was supposed to arrive 8/5/22. Last update is in transit to the next facility, nobody has a clue where it is? USPS is COMPLETELY USELESS!! TERRIBLE customer service. Now I can pay a stop payment fee for the check that is included in the envelope, pay ANOTHER fee to overnight it.

Sent the package to the wrong place it was supposed to be sent to Lafayette Indiana not Kentucky

Packages always getting lost. Again I'm searching for a lost footlocker. Priority mail means absolutely nothing anymore. Haven't received my box in over two weeks.

I'm very disappointed, with USPS. I sensed a special document to my country I paid 72 dollars supposed to be there 5 3 to 5 Days. It got 8 days an is still in Miami. Is a very bad servís. Never recommend any body tu use this service.

Paid $87 to ship a two lbs part to Prince Rupert Canada expedited international 5 business days. It over a week and tracking the part shows it went from WA by truck to LA three days ago. I’ve still no idea when my package will arrive but it’s had time to get here twice by now. Having reliable USPS is in our national interest and we need to do better.

don’t try US postal service,RE949151972US,if we try with cycle then it possible in 15days ,but United States not able to delivery with aircraft,due to inflationy in US aircraft petrol finished,

15days going back ,but still no update of courier,very very pathetic service
