Awful associate, she claimed to be a supervisor but wouldn’t even let me ask a question about my package. I want to give a zero rating. The Hollywood, California location has the most miserable workers.

Pésimo servicio, un servicio deficiente

My parcel arrived from outside Canada. My phone number is on it as well as my name and phone number on the door of our building. My apartment is 14 paces from the communal mailbox. No call or text was received when the mail was delivered. Second time this has happened. Now I have to trek to the post office to pick it up tomorrow after 1PM. At least Amazon and all couriers call or ring the apt. when it the door. Is that too much work for this individual?

This is the most confusing track service. Then, they wanted one dollar (via credit card) to continue a process which supposed to be a public service in the first place. Go figure!

They blame everything on Covid. Guess what, their snail delivery has been happening way before Covid.

Charge $21.34 ship a package 700 miles from Mississippi to Connecticut still don't know where Connecticut is they can't seem to find it but I assure you this there will be ice cream parlors in Hell before I use this service again

I over nighted important papers that was supposed to get there the next day they did not receive them till 2 Days later. Very bad service, cannot trust the postal anymore

For years I have always had good luck with the USPS probably better luck than with UPS and fedex and fedex but this time my parcel was supposed to be here on the 25th of July and it is still not here it says it's in Flint Michigan.
