USPS reviews

So far not impressed at all. The site does not tell you where your package is. I get a message finally that tells me my package is in Kansas and it is supposed to be delivered today much farther away.

Did not get my package and feel let down by post office and told I might die before my package does

Impressive tracking, keeps getting better!

I paid for a 2 day delivery and it didn't get delivered til a week later.

I was HELPED GREATLY from my he start to the finish. Our Post Office in Manhattan Kansas is so Awesome: even those they are short handed of staff, the lady that helped me was veryNICE, PATIENT, and really showed that she cared and made sure that I understood the process of how my letter would get where it was going to. Also she took her time explaining to me what steps I needed to do on my phone to track my letter’s traveling. A GREAT SHOUT OUT to the MANHATTAN KS. Post Office employees that do a FANTASTIC JOB getting our mail out and answer ALL our questions! YOU ALL ARE THE BEST!!!! THANK YOU ALL!?

I paid for Priority mail to be there in 2 days and my Parcel still has not arrived And it's been almost 5 days I need to get there soon so I paid the extra and it is not there

Where is my package this do not make any sense every time I check there's no update I want my package are y'all trying to lose my package if so you will reimburse me it is in your care and it should have been back to me by now there's no update I keep calling and I'm tired of this

I just appreciate the USPS, always respectful excellent service always on time .

I paid 54$ for overnite and the package is nowhere to be found. The last scan is in the distribution center it says in my county. Alredy two days and nothing

Never had a problem with USPS , with them sending my packages through to where they should be going. Until now. Package was sent to Wichita, then on to Chicago and now back in Wichita. What is the reason for this? Should it not have been on its way to where it was being sent to?

Package is taking very long to get here and it's only from Melbourne to Ocala 9 days already and still not here
