Delivered to wrong address

Although there are many negative reviews about USPS, I still am feeling confident with USPS. They have a very good service with reasonable price.

Fast an easy to use

Paid $50.00 for expedited overnight delivery. Took 4 days to get there.

Package got there earlier than expected!

Sent a certified letter to a confirmed address in NY. Carrier was too lazy to get a signature so he or she decided to just mark undeliverable and let the system send it back. This incompetence cost me $250 and a check cancelation fee as there is no one to talk to about it. How convenient. Fire the bastard running the Postal Service and demand better from the employees. Piss poor management is to blame.

I have never had any problems with usps my packages always are on time. They are the best. Excellent. And compared to other rates of fed x and others there prices are great. Wouldnt have any other mail service but usps. In one word they are AWSOME

Once again the Greensboro NC distribution center has sent my package that was scheduled for delivery Aug. 1 to Macon Georgia. My address is in NC. This recurring problem is getting very old and a lot of people in my area are tired of nothing being done to correct this problem.

Je vous prie de recruter des gens de confiance, qui aiment leur travail, qui peuvent se mettre à la place des personnes qui attendent leurs colis. Vous avez certains employés qui ne font pas leur travail et cela souille votre réputation.

Paid for priority Mail service package seems to have disappeared not delivered as written on the payment sheet really bad service

Du jamais vu, incroyable !!!!! Ma fille attend son colis expédié depuis le 19 juillet 2022 depuis la France pour Houston texas. Le colis n'est toujours pas arrivé à destination et se promène D'ÉTATS EN ÉTATS. Je pourrais-je avoir une explication? Nous sommes le 4 Aout cela fait 26 jours mais que se passe t'il ?

Everybody that I've talked to or dealt with either by phone or in person at the USPS facilities have been very cordial and very polite and they are doing the best that they can the reason I'm giving USPS a one-star is for the performance or should I say lack of performance in handling my package. When I left the Webster New York facility and arrived at the Henrietta New York facility it wasn't scanned in and then it wasn't scanned out when it left the facility. As of now the tracking information is showing that that package is still in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and it was supposed to be delivered to St Paul Minnesota on the 2nd of August this is dismal performance as far as I'm concerned

Lost package. The tracking number never entered in sys. USPS supervisor could hardly be bothered to check. Said nothing he could do..package lost. 1star rating because zero not option
