USPS does a great job for the cost of mailing a letter and has done so for a very long time.

Envelope was delivered a day late and was soaking wet, legal documents inside ruined, ink ran, papers fell apart

They charge expensive and are the worst of the worst, lousy service. They hoy damaged.

This post office is so friendly and helpful. Isaac is especially customer service oriented. Great job and very friendly. Never have trouble with deliveries never had a package lost.

When you order something and it’s been sitting in In Los Angeles California for over 10 days and has not moved is totally ridiculous for the money you pay to ship packages and delivery service takes this long. My package arrived in Los Angeles California on July 21 and here it is July 30 and it’s still sitting there seriously horrible service

Preparing for shipping??? For 5 days??? Ridiculous

I paid for overnight Express USPS service at a cost of $26.95 on Tuesday, July 24, 2022. It did not arrive until Friday, July 29, 2022. How is that overnight express delivery?This was a time-sensitive delivery, which is why I elected to utilize that shipping method. DO NOT use USPS if you can possibly avoid it! I lost hundreds of dollars in lost interest due to their neptitude!

Said that it was in my town so I got excited but then the next day, it said it was in transit in another state. I’m so lost

You dont even deserve 1 star the package was supposed to be delivered on monday 7/25/22 it's now friday and the package is still not delivered. showing in transit but still sitting in spokane for a week.

What is the point of the mailbox if they are going to leave a pink slip in it saying they missed me, I don't get it, would make more sense if it was on my door, but no it was in my mailbox down the road. Frustrated because you guys don't seem to deliver packages on 3 standard shift times, morning, afternoon, and midnight, why, it's a small package as well, I don't understand.

Called local post office no call backs. Package stuck in Kansas City yet no one cares package was to delivered yesterday. 36 hrs later package still at regional office. 6 pm and local rural mail has not been delivered
