Ok, I was able to see my package but not satisfied with the status

This has been the second time the driver said they can't access my driveway or front door, but there is nothing blocking either. There is a sign that says don't knock, just leave the package. There is also a sign on our street that says there are cameras. The regular mail delivery person with usps has no troubles, why when I get an amazon package with usps, they have problems?
