Went as stated, arrived on time...

Tracking says arrived in my city on 21st of July. Postoffice claims it has not arrived yet. I thought only Postoffice can scan packages. Getting two different stories

1 day Express, it's now day 3 and no package

The mail carrier in Massachusetts sent my package back to me as undeliverable because the name on the package does not correspond to the name on the mailbox. The package was for my grandchildren, who have my son's last name and not their mothers last name. Unacceptable!

The USPS does a great job! Customer service is friendly and professional! Don’t let Lovejoy ruin it for us.

I gave had several packages that should have come to my new address. The seller sent them my new address, and it still haven't received any of my packages.

My parents put a package in at Ferndale Washington. Going to big trout lake Ontario..it's been 7 days an it went across ocean the wrong way an this many days later its finally back were it was first sent from..wtf...this postal service is backwards, slow an my parent put a 200$ charge so I get it in 10 days...stupid..I wouldn't use this postal service if I didn't have to...good think it's not my life cuz I'd die for sure

Tracking number shows package to my city but somehow ended up in Nebraska. Have not seen any updates since yesterday evening. How does this happen? Item was to be delivered yesterday??

Tracking just stopped and it’s 10 days later

Tracking says my package was delivered on July 5 but it was never received.

Sent a package on 7/15 /22 for 3 days delivery on th 18th. Still not delivered ? usps bad business

Mailed certified 7-19-22, today is 7-28-22. Called number on receipt SEVERAL times only to be hung up on after waiting several minutes to speak to a rep. about eta. I mailed a large, signed check to my bank via certified mail 9 days ago and it is yet to arrive. The receipt estimated it to be 2 days! I cannot get any satisfaction by trying to track. I’m really nervous and very upset with usps!
