Bad service, they always have terrible service. TRASH

Still waiting for a overnight delivery. It was sent out 7/26. Thanks to no delivery they have ruined my 47th wedding anniversary!! I will never use them again! I just hope and pray that they didn't lose it.

Package was deliverd 4 days late. Was damaged. PERISHABLE was written on package. The item did perish, and I got the run-around at the post office. The package was not delivered by the regular carrier. Then the claim service was not available. I would have to wait. Then they tell me the sender gas to file. The sender has the receipt! Messed up system!

Was informed that my package will arrive in 2 days now 22nd August. Zero Stars

Paid for overnight delivery, 2 days later , no delivery has been received.

This place is a joke. Sent a package on June 16th and it's still not delivered. I work in the transportation industry and know how slow things can be, but this really takes the cake. Over a month and still not delivered.

My package is not delivered. Too much late

Still waiting for two overnight deliveries to be made in Houston. I sent them on 7/25, went from Florida to a New Jersey Distribution Center, now shows at a Philadelphia Distribution Center. I went to USPS this morning. I couldn't get any answer on when they would be delivered. Just told I can come bavk for a refund once they arrive. My overnights contained sensitive materials but it doesn't seem to matter. In looking at the reviews it appears screw ups are the norm.

USPS tracking has been showing left Memphis on the 18th. Now showing in transit since the 22nd I live 2 hrs from Memphis. Still no package as of the 27th.

The website says that my package has been delivered, but I don't have the package. I cannot contact the office. When they arrived at the office, they said that there was no such parcel at all

Our mail carrier has marked packages "undeliverable " when she had yet to make the run. We have gotten mail for a man at Fayetteville, a letter for an address on Rt. 60, a package for a lady whose address in no way resembles ours and countless other screwups. All I hear from the P.O. is how wonderful the mail carrier is and excuses for her failure to properly do her job. We complained about her before and service is worse now than it has ever been. There is no rating low enough for this person. She is getting paid for doing nothing.

I ordered OTC medication on June 17, 2022, but failed to receive it so I called the company. I was told it was put in my mailbox on June 24, 2022. It was not. I reordered the medication on July 9 and received it on July 12, 2022. Then, on July 21, I received the package that supposedly had been put in my mailbox on June 24. This is in addition to letters from DMV we are missing and who knows what else. When I called the post office all I get is nothing.
