I sent my letter certified return receipt in July 9. My tracking said it was received July 13, but I never received my green post card with a signature (my return receipt). And today is July 23. Why bother sending and paying for return receipt if I don’t get the return receipt back?

Priority package shipped on Monday and today’s Saturday- lost on a truck somewhere. This is so frequent anymore that I will only ship with ups.
