My documents have been stuck in Cincinnati Central offices for over 15 days!

Never received package. Contacted support and all they did was mark it as resolved.

Will never use this service again. My letter was just going 20 minutes down the road and according to tracking it was 1st sent 3 hours away. It took over a week to get to the destination and in tracking it still says it in transit. I would have been better just putting it right in the mailbox

I've been waiting patiently. But now I have to ask, why has my package I sent on 7/14/22 , has not been delivered yet?

Package was in Cincinnati and now in Miamisburg Ohio. Now that's real efficient. In Cincinnati to be delivered in Milford but shipped to Miamisburg (Dayton). WTH????

Seems like good tracking in the states but as soon as it hits Canada it stops. no movement since it got to Canada 4 days ago daily updates from the states side
