I wanted to find out if my letter was received, I followed the instructions and instead of finding out like I was supposed to, I needed to create an account! I don't want an account I want to know if my letter was received the only thing I need I can't find out

Failed to deliver my package again, message said the driver attempted delivery. What was stopping you? You could of left it with the junk mail you delivered.

Your service is horrible, not only did I try to reach your local office at 5311 Florence Ave. at (215) 727-3983 with the Automated Message telling me to hold for the Operator, the phone rang then immediately went to a fast busy ring & after several rings it disconnected. I then immediately called back & this happened for 20 more calls, until I hung & contacted usps.com, which gave me no helpful or usable information!!! In addition to that, on June 22, 2022 the Letter Carrier delivered a bunch of mail to my address at 1841 S. YEWDALL ST. PHILA., PA.19143 that did not belong to my address. I reported this on 6-22-22 to USPS (215) 875-8777 & spoke to KIMBERLY-CST.CARE, who gave me this SERVICE REPORT# 39889521, but I have yet to hear back from anyone.
