The postal service is excellent and the workers in my branch office are great

The mail delivery person is scanning packages as delivered to mailbox at the end of his day. Sometimes they are not delivered until the next day causing issues. If its not possible to get the delivery out to the consumer on time, they should not be scanned in. Not ok with me!

Great service! I was tracking my package on the phone, I saw on the map the car, with my package, movements. Two days delivered.

I mailed a package over 2 weeks I was reassured it would reach destination in less than 2 weeks ,the post office has ruined my daughters birthday Thank you usps

I wish I could post a picture on here to show where my package traveled and I still haven't gotten it when they said I would. Went past my house three times. NY to Chicago back to NY to Michigan to another stop in Michigan. Ridiculous!

I ordered my package on the 9th and here it is the 23rd and still haven’t received it

Never send with them again. I paid $125 for a 10 lb pack in Europe. They said 6 to 10 days. It's been 3 weeks and the pack still not delivered.

Cannot use website or phone system 1. Too many numbers for tracking &print is hard to read Phone is just as useless
