Tracking status not updated in real time

Delivery always seems questionable now. What week or month will it get there. What a shame.

I wonder what’s happening with USPS, my previews mails were ok. I was notified with every movement now it’s says delivered but I don’t even know

Very terrible. My package was open, and stolen.

Their package arrival notification is ok. Package ready for pickup notification is a farce! I received notification that my package was ready for pickup and they attempted to deliver it. I went to pick it up and was informed that it was not sorted out yet! Not ready for pick up! Something is very wrong with this system! This has happened too many times for it to be an isolated incident!!!

Received a text regarding package.. Usps can not find tracking number after filling all information..just a waste of time ... use an alternative

The staff told me certified mail will be arrive in 2 days. But 2weeks already still not receive

I’ve only had one bad experience with usps

Not happy at all..paid $72 for a 2 day priority mail and it is now day 4 and it has not reached the destination..this is a very important and urgent envelope. I have been let down again by this service after paying a lot of money to mail an envelope..

Usps has had my letter over 3 weeks and still hasn't delivered it. I sent it with tracking and it shows very little info. Usps wants to raise fees while service gets worse. Disappointing!!!!

My package has been in transit for 2 weeks..where is it..when will it get there

You are clearly not FedEx or UPS. YOUR UNION IS RUNNING YOU INTO THE GROUND & OUT OF BUSINESS.

My parcel was not delivered after I found that I omitted a number in my shipment address, but they couldn’t correct it even as Amazon had contacted USPS
