I have been waiting for a package that ought to have been delivered on 06.14.2022. Last known destination is Memphis, TN on 06.14.2022. Tracking status remained in transit to next facility since arriving Memphis. Not sure what to make out of it. The electronic tracking is garbage.

There is no reason a package from va. medical facility in Minneapolis takes 13 hours to reach usps in Saint Paul mn. Veterans rely on this service to get their life saving medical. Fire that idiot dejoy he single handedly screwed up the postal service!!!!

Your service is awesome. Half day delivery. Great job and the crew great service even though there was a big line a worker let us know the computer were down but they working on them, but it went quick.

This is the worst service I have ever had the experience of using ,I ordered my pkg. On the 9th and have yet to receive it ,I called the company for cosy sheets and they said to wait until the 29th of this month ,which is ridiculous, even though I paid for shipping and handling it is taking far to long to receive my order ,never again,and what I don't understand is the first order I received was through fed ex and got that right away you don't deserve a rating but have to give you 1 star or you won't let me post.sad very sad

The tracking track anything, just “in transit to next location”. Doesn’t tell you when it will be delivered, where it is now, nothing. I waited 8 days to check. After 8 days, something should be known.

I know we’re still experiencing post Covid logistic issues, But package arrived in Memphis June 13. 75 miles from my house. It has “departed twice” On the same day. Eight working days later, not counting weekends, and I still don’t have it. Can’t you just admit it is lost and start a return? computerized tracking is BS. Let me talk to a Real person to get things figured out. have to rate it one star, as space rocks or dust isn’t an option
