I order my items on June 3rd and I got them on June 18th which it stated that it will take 12 to 17 business days. The items did arrive within that time period. Thank because it was a special order

Terrible. Just plain Terrible

They always screw everything up. Can never get anyone on the phone. Says my package is help at USPS location for pick up but doesn't tell me where to pick it up.

The package was sent over night delivery on Wednesday and it's now Saturday and it's still not there We paid 35 dollars and 70 cents Next time I'm sending it FedEx

Recently I have been getting failed to deliver notifications but usps never came out or left anything, not the first time they lied and more than likely not the last

I paid for express delivery to have my father's cards there by today and the tracking is stating in transit. I need a full refund!

The worst service ever on multiple packages I get lives from people I talk to and it's like teeth getting them on the phone still waiting 3 weeks for a overnight package they keep running it around and won't let me go pick it up it's going to different post offices around the Tri-County area for some reason they are idiots on drugs whatever brainwashed who knows they need all new employees

Why pay for priority when it doesn't get there as noted on receipt. Next time will ship FedEx. Postal service is not what it use to be.

Stopped getting updates and never informed me where the package was

I sent a priority express mail from Chicago to Chicago and it took 2 days... Definitely not happy about their system of delivery. 26+taxes and a mail by stamp goes faster. I am going to get my money refunded. Next I'll use DHL or else. Express priority means what it means not the other way around so if you can't do what you've been paid to do then let another company that is more reliable do the job. Very disappointing. And by the way this isn't the first time either. Make sure you track what you paid for and go get your money back if it takes longer than the time given by the postal service office workers. So I wouldn't recommend it.

It seems the USPS has some lazy people working for them, packages are not delivered, and they say they can't find the address; this happens whenever there is a heavy item and they are too lazy to carry it to the driveway
