Package left in mailbox for our rural carrier on Jun 10, for pick up that day With 20.00 cash… never recvd a receipt/change from carrier.. checked with carrier on June 16 and was told can’t find package at John’s island PO. Finally got word on jun 17 that package was located on jun and sent priority mail/2 day at cost of 14.75… this is terrible service and neglect and the USPO should have expedited the package at their cost ASAP. Due to their mishandling. This was Similac baby formula for our granddaughter in Colorado where there is NO FORMULA and I was able to purchase a small van at Walmart in Charleston sC.to send for this young baby. I hope the baby survives. Terrible service I can go nothing about…

If I could give them a zero I would! I mailed a time sensitive document on 6 June, it still has not arrived. Submitted a lost mail request, suddenly it was in ATL, three days later and crickets! Was also told an inspector would contact me in two to three days and that has not happened either. Since moving to Grovetown, Ga I have had nothing but issues with the USPS. Something needs to be done if anyone even bothers to read these reviews!

I went into the Bonner Springs post office to mail a phone, the clerk was so helpful, even getting a box that was the right size and making sure the sound would not be damaged during shipping. She was super kind too. I am from Ohio and was so impressed with the level of service.

They always lie about attempting to deliver packages. Still I receive neighbors mail and sometimes packages. This is crazy how careless they are. Why go to work to jeopardize customers identity and private information. They're lazy!

This service tried to deliver one time. Now it sits for a week at the P.O. Why are they just sitting on it? Can't they send it with the daily mailman to deliver. $5 wasted. Need it received
