Stop charging us for service you don’t provide. You say 2-3 days, and that is what we pay for, and then it ends up being week for delivery. Shameful!

I always get my stuff before the date I'm in holiday Florida and my family is in Columbus Ohio I get my packages in 2 days. Stay great

Bad service, I was at the door of my house waiting for my package, I passed the mail cart and I didn't leave the package, a few minutes later I received a notification on my cell phone saying "There is no access who receives it"

Mailed 6-8-22 @ 8:59 from Reddick Florida as of 6-13-22 has only made it to Jacksonville, 4 days to go less than 200 miles

Great service. Especially after 2 years of pandemic. Can things go wrong, sure. But these guys have always managed my mail with respect.

Although I haven't received my package, it seem on the tracking that I received it.

I mailed a certified letter to a Bank on behalf of my fathers estate on 5/16/2022. It still says not delivered on 6/13/2022. I called my hometown post office and was told I am lucky it even got as far as it has, that some peoples are still sitting in this office after a month. Someone needs to rectify this problem!!!! We don’t pay extra to send packages and wait for a month or more and receive that response over the phone!!!!

Absolutely horrible we sent a package express supposed to be there in 3 days it's now the 12th it's been in the same place since the first. And it's time sensitive you call the post office and they don't care as long as it says in route doesn't matter how long it is late
