My package was send to wrong state. I hope my son get it soon

Can't get package delivery straight. First class and my package disappeared. Showed in my state then sent back then sent here again and disappeared. "Checking into it" They've become a joke and can't keep up with anything. SMH it's sad. Still no package after 3 days disappeared.

2 day shipping for a letter is a really bad joke! Not amused!

Had a pkg that was suppose to bere here the 10th. Still to here!!!

My shipping was late be delivered by 2 days. It wouldn't have been so bad but I mailed out perishable baked goods

I did not get my package, dont even know if they gave my package to someone or they took it themselves, no one in my appartment complex got it so they must have just left it outside if they claim it was delivered. Poor poor service

Terrible service! I was told the package will be received within 3-5 days. Now it has been 20 days, the tracking info still shows in transit. I can’t imagine what if the package is lost as it’s so important to my little brother.

USPS has new standards. Delivery mail to wrong address, exceed delivery times in access of 4 days or more when paying for 2-3 day delivery. They can't accurately track packages to any destination and they get over paid for subpara work. Should be sold off to amazon, UPS, FedEx and get better service.

very bad terrible service my package arrived on time only that they did not want to deliver the package to the person and even so they charge a service that they do not comply with and because of the bad service time and money wasted a pity the service

I am very much frustrated, upset and disappointed what had happened to my iPad from Best Buy Sierra Vista AZ. It was delivered according to the tracking information but unfortunately we never received anything. What the heck!

All I get with tracking is where the parcel is… which I don’t really care about. I’d rather know when it will arrive !

Status shows package delivered never received impossible to make contact with anyone or find on their website! Wish there were ZERO stars!
