Why do they say didn't deliver couldn't access the address to cover up the fact they never tried to deliver. I waited all day tracking my package and it's never a issue to reach my front door no gates no codes no dogs. Now nothing is available on tracking

The worst I have ever seen,my sea moss need to be refrigerated. It's been in New Jersey since last week waiting for a daggone label. I'm blaming the company to,I will give them the same rating. 0 if I could.

Why is a coloring book from Amazon rerouted to a town 30 minutes away and now told I have to pick up because of a delivery attempt? Now on hold 50 minutes on phone.
