A purchase I ordered on Friday from Amazon was to be delivered to me on Saturday. The seller shipped it on Friday USPS from Humble Texas which is 30 mins. from where I lived in Houston, Texas. The package is now two hours away in Austin, Texas. Go figure that one out.

Horrible. Packages are never delivered on time or at all. Good luck with trying to get help finding the package that said delivered but never received.

Paid for certified mail and still not arrived at destination. Why pay that, if not arriving as promised? Booooo...PO.

Paid for overnight delivery and was guaranteed delivery next day. 2 days later it still says on transit. I want my money back

Sunday Amazon prime delivery on Sundays never arrive. Postman always had a funny story to tell, " Dog prevented delivery ". We don't have a dog and none of our neighbors do, and, and......lies never end. Lousy services.

Terrible service! I’m getting mail for other people all the time. I put it back I. The return box with a not to forward to addressee but I get the mail back in my box. I call the Postmaster and tell him. He tells me there’s a new guy and he’s learning the route. Maybe he should learn to read before they give him the keys to the truck

Never on time, shows delivered on website still have not received. Goes from my home post office to another post office then back to mine, then disappears.

I've been waiting over 3 weeks for a pkg that is stuck in Eureka & hasn't moved since April 29. This is a serious disgrace. Our mail here in Canada is so much better. USPS is by far the worst postal service I've ever had to deal with. I'm so glad I'm in Canada & rarely have to deal with that clown company they call USPS
