My order was shipped from Texas. I live in North Dakota. What sense does it make to send it all the way to Scarborough Maine? The item went 3,220 mi out of the way. It's no wonder the USPS is known as the most unreliable, worst way to ship something. What a colossal waste of time, resources, manpower, and government funds. Absolutely ridiculous, if I could give a zero star rating I would.

I did renew for my passport and it was in Philadelphia the next day

Personally, I think they're great. When I consider the sheer volume of mail that they handle, they have a remarkably high success rate. I'm sorry for those who've had issues. I honestly have no complaints. Our local office is conscientious, professional, and prompt. Our service is reliable.

Been waiting on my package since February 2022. They wrongfully admitted that it shouldn't have said insufficient address when they saw that it had the correct address. It went to all kinds of locations and never even came to fresno event hough the address was the same as my other box. Both boxes were shipped at the same time. I'm so upset. It's been in Chicago since March 19 this year. It's a big box and I can't believe they put insufficient address when it clearly has my name my address and my phone number on the d**n box.

I think someone has some answering to do I want to know why it takes 15 days to go from Chicago to Marion Kentucky. I'm beginning to think that maybe somebody stole it that works for the Postal Service. Believe it or not this is the fourth package that somehow didn't give to its destination but I was charged shipment for it. I can not understand why your prices keep going up and your service is getting worse.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Usps is a joke!!!!! I think we need to go back to pony express. I probably could get my package cheaper and faster than what it is taking I ordered something on May 7th and it's still not there .Today is the 22nd of May. It was picked up by the carrier on May 9. I want my shipment payment back. It should not take 15 days to go from Chicago Illinois to Marion Kentucky. If I was apostille Clark or driver I would be ashamed of myself

Post office said it will be there Saturday but in all actuality it will be there Sunday I was misinformed!

Priority package expected to be delivered in two days. Two weeks later, yet to be delivered. Unfortunate.

I love being able to track my packagers mailing or receiving them.

I gave you 2 stars because sending out items the notifications are usually punctual. In receiving items I am not satisfied. It does not update accordingly. I'm not real sure where my items are at the moment...
