Horrible! I mailed a check 3 weeks ago to an address one town over. Still not delivered. Had to stop payment on the check - $35.00. Thanks to DONALD J TRUMP AND THE REPUBLICANS who have dismantled a working government facility!!

My package is out there somewhere!! Tracking is a waste of time because it is slow!! Mailed a registered package to Austin, TX it was the wrong address and am still waiting to get it back no tracking to where it is now. Worried that I'm not going to get it back.

I had a pkg sent overnight they said it would be here by 6:00pm, very happy to receive a text at 12:06 pm that it was already here. Half the fee of Fed Ex !!!

The tracking app was spot on !!

So inefficient. My package was transported from Florida to a state an hour and a half drive from my house, then the next day it's back by Florida 15 hours away.

This is unfortunate… I ordered 2 gaming chairs for me and my husband through Amazon. His came early and I’m still waiting on mine. Turns out his got shipped through UPS. LOW AND BEHOLD… mine got shipped through y’all and it’s LATE. I’m gonna get a refund faster than my chair…

I been expecting my package since Saturday may 7 th and it’s now may 9th and I still haven’t gotten it

Terrible delivery service

Absolutely bad service. I mailed a package from last week and it’s still in transit. They’re extremely slow, I’ll definitely be using another postal service from now on. This has been the worst experience for me shipping.

It came but is was a little late but it's ok because it was in great condition

USPS service is horrible. I sent a package for Canada 3/31 and it hasn’t left Ca yet! I could have bicycled it there sooner. Too bad my grandson missed getting his birthday present. Maybe it will show up for Christmas. If you were a private company you would be out of business.

This company is awful. Their carrier stole from me, marked the package as delivered.... definitely not delivered, one of my items was retrieved in by police in neighboring town, showed the police report, made a claim ON TIME, and still did not replace my loss. They hire incompetent employees who CONTINUE to mis-deliver mail. I would give ZERO stars if I could
