USPS reviews

I mailed tax return papers on April 14th with tracking and the last update was where I originally mailed it from. I filed a complaint after a week even spoke with a representative and after about 3 days I get an email that my issue has been resolved but it still showed last location being from where I originally mailed it from. So how has it been resolved when it’s still out there some where. I will start back using UPS or Fedex mailing as I had been due to this same type of incident from another shipping.

Usps should be embarrassed with such an awfully slow service.

The usps use to be great , but after COVID-19 every deliveries was so slow I hope the GOV will take care ? ?

Been waiting to receive my package for over a month now and have paid more than $1000 for just a single flat rate envelope weigh 13oz and yet until now i still haven't gotten my package! I'm tired of paying more fee all the time with no results and failures continues! I'm tired oh USPS help me out with my package for i have paid and waited long enough!!!!!!!!!

There is no better service than the US postal service when it's working!

I mailed a package in February to go to India. It was in India and is now in China.

Sent registered Mail on April 29 as of today still has not been out for delivery. Just a joke. It was important information sent. Can't complain to anyone or get upset with them. Noone is going to do anything anyways

Extremely slow. Sent 2 packages at the same time to Puerto Rico, towns next to each other. One arrived the other one still wondering around!

Was supposed to be delivered over 2 weeks ago and it’s not even in Canada!! Horrible just horrible !! Was supposed to do our pregnancy announcement last week!

Disappointed, where's my package. I put the tracking number in and it keeps saying it is out for delivery. Since the 7th, today is the 9th. You guys have really dropped the ball. Time to get rid of the guy (Post Master)in DC and get someone how knows what there doing.

A typical gov. subsidized failure. Most likley....like communism.....a employee who shines get ruined by the lazy majority of co "workers". These are the people who drive a Prius at 60 mph during rush hr. in the fast lane......nose in air, the world revolves around them. "green new deal" type. Overpaid for just doin the bare minimum.
