no advances in 3 days , still saying the same

Shows activity for two days then no activity for over 10 days. Is my package just setting somewhere? Who knows?

Said it would be delivered on 05/07 today is the 8th and it’s still in transit. Not ok

Awful service. It has neen a week and still no package or a decent tracking information.

Lost my package , find it

Supposed to receive my package yesterday! Bad service.

Horrible service on my certified letter sent to the address of record & in phone book. Mailed on 4/29, supposedly undeliverable and still not returned to me as of 5/6.

I am awaiting the 3rd consecutive package that, when tracked, has come very near my delivery address, but is instead rerouted hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles away. The nearest USPS facility (Milan, IL,) has "lost" several packages that were transferred to them by UPS. These packages never make it to me, 20 miles away. I call to try to find my packages, and they are very rude and pass blame on everyone else. You scan each parcel that comes through your facilities MULTIPLE times. How is it even conceivable that you would be this incompetent? I have always been a vocal supporter of the USPS, and understanding about the staffing and funding issues in recent years. This is incompetence or theft; there's just no excuse.

Barely worth 1 star my grandmother sent a package to my 4 year old daughter her great granddaughter and paid 3 day priority shopping and it's been 10 days and still waiting terrible ?

Good service delivered two days before expected day

Need more info regarding where and when package is and when it will be delivered
