My 2 day express shipping ($65) for lei's $115 from Hawaii never showed up for my daughter's graduation. Two days late so far but no notifications so who knows if they will arrive. And when they do...they'll be dead! :(

Paid a lot for next day delivery. Didn’t happen. Really bad service. Paid over $60.00 and the letter hasn’t left the state yet. Don’t recommend using. The postal service is doomed to fail.

It's impossible to really know where your package is at any more. I avoid using USPS BB ecause I've had 5 things go missing this year

Postman delivered to the address. Fortunately the neighbor brought it to me. Not the first tme.

Most times ok but late about 25% of the time. Better than FedEx but UPS is best for shipping.

My sister has post a present to me at 26 April, until now I still have not received it. The tracking information said it has arrived at 01 MAY. Today is 07 May there is nothing update yet. The contact number is helpless as well

This is a very unprofessional service, my package that was sent to me,it starter good, but now its sitting ahoy know where right now, one date saying it was pending in my city ,the date after it saying it's in Georgia, each day since Tuesday it's saying will be delivered by 7 ,again each day it changes to that day delivery by 7, I would not recommend this service at all

USPS has just murdered 12,000 bees. Refuses to locate and ship package. Refuses to respond to me. Refuses to update tracking system. For many years USPS is A+. Now USPS has killed bees and ignored me as a customer and taxpayer. Immense incompetence of woeful intent. USPS IG ignores me too. The USPS Director will soon know. He needs to be fired.

Package picked up 4/18 has not arrived and tracking has not updated. So much for Mother’s Day. Thanks DeJoy.
