"BAD NEWS" I was told by a supervisor. On 4/29 2022 I sent Priority mail that was to arrive on 5/2/2022 in Brooklyn NY.This package had papers and credit cards belonging to a Deceased man" a relative".package hadn't arrived all week. On Fri.5/6/2022.i made a report of a lost pk and in short order I got a call back the supervisor began by saying I have some BAD NEWS the box that the mail person pick-up from was Robbed!!

Such a bad service!

Computer monitor was left by the garage door, 25 ft from the road and not in sight of the house. All other deliveries have been brought to the front door

Whoever is in charge should be absolutely ashamed. The worst way to send or receive anything. A carrier pigeon is more reliable.

Still have not received my package. Can I cancel the credit card.

Got notice pkg delivery on Tues May 3 today's May 5 and still no pkg

Unreliable, we've lost or had delayed multiple packages. Package Intercept doesn't work nor can a USPS support person get it to function. Use UPS!

The parcel does nothing won’t update or anything, horrible website horrible staff do not recommend.

I'm going out of state and i needed a new phone and had to arrive Thursday and still don't have it and i can't even track it i rated one because that's the least

Excellent service! Package was delivered one day ahead of scheduled date.

I paid extra to have my package delivered on 5/5/22. According to the online USPS system, it is scheduled to be delivered on Monday, 5/9/22. Why did I pay extra? Frustrated.

I pay for Amazon Prime, but it seems they have started to us the US post office for delivery, even on larger items. So as far as the Amazon guarantee delivery date you can forget that. It will always be 1too 3 days later.

I have certified mail that is 2 weeks late. Ran tracking number and it got shipped to a distribution center out of state . Still yet to receive. Im going into post office and see whats going on
