Having an adequate app for horrid service is hardly helpful

3 weeks! It came from NY, arrived in Rockville MD (where I live), was then shipped to VA where it has sat for over a week. This is absurd. DeJoy has mad marginal service into horrible and unreliable service. So much for my mom's Mother's Day gift.

They lost package! It is very disappointing! Zero trust!

Awful. Ordered something a month ago it was in pre-transit for 2 weeks. Finally called now suddenly it’s finally in transit. Sad you have make sure people do the job that they should be doing. Let’s see how long it actually takes to get here. I don’t have high hopes. This is the third time I’ve had a problem. The two times before my package said delivered and they delivered to someone else and it wasn’t any of my neighbors. What are these people doing? USPS IS THE WORST I WONT BE WASTING ANYMORE TIME WITH THEM. Save yourself a headache and go with ups or fedex!

I ordered something about 4-5 months ago and they never delivered it and I never got an update.

This is ridiculous.I wasn’t notified that my address supposedly wasn’t correct. I need my package.

My PKG has been stuck in Chicago for almost 2 wks. It constantly says it's preparing for shipment. How long does it take to put on a truck and send it. I could drive to Chicago faster then they could take the thumb out of there *"'&

Mail is not being delivered or not at all. Received confirmation that a package was delivered 4/27/22 @ 11:30 AM to 2736 Carter Street, Detroit, MI 48206 and has not yet to arrive. I put my tracking number in, which is 42048209300110923001211459913. Mail in zip code 48206 is "very" poor!

Said it was delivered got nothing not happy

ordered shipped 3 days ago,it still hasn't left the state of origin,doubt it will get up to Minnesota by Monday
