It got there. That's what matters

I sent 2 packages on 4/20/2022 with estimated delivery on 4/25/2022. Today on 4/28 the packages are out for delivery. That is bad service.

Zero no hero paid 1st Class 3 to 4 days 8 days later still on truck out to lunch ! Faster on my bicycle 30 states away Government mail is a joke

Was told important Package would be delivered in 3 days It’s been 3 weeks & finally just got an update.. & it’s traveling in the wrong direction … I pay extra 45 $ for the nothing..

They sent my package from NC to VA and then NC back and force which wasted a week, it took me 2 weeks to get my package that I need urgently!

Post Office needs to step up they're game. To expensive, they don't always scan packages . Did it say 2 to 3 days? Oh try much longer. Did I say to expensive for shipping mail. Don't lose a packages its a nightmare. I have 1 sitting in Florida for 70 days no joke.

This is the worst tracking carrier I have ever seen, they get a 1 only because you can't rate a zero

Sent certified with hardcopy return request and asked what would be the fastest because of the importance of the enclosed material! Sent on 20th and said it would be delivered Monday 25th by 9pm. It Thursday the 28th and and it says when I track it is in transit? It arrived to that stats main distribution center on Sunday the 24th, so where's it been going for the last 4days? And that's all I have is in transit! Well if this ends up costing me over $20,000 because of your incompetence! You'll see how fast a law suit takes to get filed and delivered in person to your office! Should went with UPS, OR FEDEX!
