USPS is terrible I’ve paid extra for two day delivery and it arrived 5 days late. Sent a small package from Midwest to New Orleans regular delivery and it took over 5 weeks. Horrible service. Management should all be fired and replaced with business savvy people

Nothing, in years of buying things, has ever been lost. Only had problems with the company that I'm ordering from shipping their products on time.

your company is literally the worst i thought i was the only one having a bad time with getting my package but no so many other people are having so much trouble so me i wouldn’t recommend anyone to ship with this company ever it’s better to just us Fedex at least they give you up dates on your orders and deliver right on time.

Parcel was shipped on March 10 . And it's not moving at all for almost a month now.. what happened to UPSS??

Tracking is horrible. And they don’t offer any help unless you purchased insurance. Great way to make more money ?

I have a certified letter that was sent to me March 22nd from San Antonio, Texas. It is now April 12th and it has still not arrived. It has been in Jacksonville, Florida since March 25th. I could have walked to Jacksonville and back by now! I started an inquiry a week ago and have not heard anything back from them. This is ridiculous.

They lose mail… always get insurance on your packages

USPS has actually been pretty great for the last few years I get my packages sooner than expected for alot better price than UPS and Fed Ex so thank you for your mostly unappreciated hard work. I appreciate you and love our mail lady that delivers to my house

The postal service is run by incompetent employees. They steal mail with no legal consequences
