I would leave zero stars if I could. Certified letter supposedly in transit from one facility another less that 70 miles away since April 3,2022. Talked ti customer service and they still have no idea where it is, just say you lost a letter I paid over $13 to send on March 29,2022.

How can a letter be in transit from one facility to another less that 70 miles away for 9 days? USPS lost a certified letter that I paid over $13 to send. This is why I don’t use the USPS.?

Appalling service from USPS Chicago.. 2 parcels lost at depot since January and no feedback from enquiry. Not impressed!!!

I mailed this box in late February. It still has not reached its destination.

So far, they're not so great ! I mailed my package 2 days ago from Farmington N.H and it is now in Nashua N.H ? I could have walked it there by now, its going to Arkansas... I hope its there Thursday, as I was told ! ?

Awful update information, my package was shipped on 4/6/22 and still no update on the site

Company I ordered from said the item shipped 2 days ago but when trying to track it it says that the label was created but they haven't received the item yet

Have never had a problem shipping or receiving. Always perfect condition and delivered on time. Tracking is spot on. I think only upset people take time to review. I’m posting because they are 100% good regarding my personal interactions with them

Never accurate and the updates are super behind and that's if you even get them. Might as well not offer tracking seeing how it doesn't work pretty much ever. ???

My package is over-due 5 days according to original ETA. I don't know why but every time I've gone through USPS, it's the same song and dance with the late arrivals. I always get disappointed when I have no other option but to go through USPS because I know the package is always going to be late. And my bad. The package is 6 days late. Almost a week guys, c'mon!
