Says package was delivered. But package was NOT delivered.

My shipping says 3 days it’s been 3 weeks

Doesn't show updates when package shipped last week.

Tracking claims delivered but customer has not received yet. It's been actually 5 days over of when they should have received ? very frustrating

Amazon shows you delivered a pkg on the 9th, put track number in and you show no record of it

This is a bad experience USPS last my letter last year. I spent many hours in the phone for nothing. I didn’t even get an apology. That letter costs me 800$ This is the last time I sent a letter usps. This is my tracking number if you find it please send it to me CH 159657982us

Paid $47.95 for express envelope. 3-5 business days to Canada. Left Phoenix Wed to CA and it took until Sat am to arrive. Been there ever since. Terrible service for premium price. Should have used FedEx. Should have known better. Xmas cards took 2 1/2 months

Another package that hasn't arrived. At least you're consistent.

I sent a package to my son in Missouri. I paid for 3 day priority, it took 10 days. Why bother and pay extra for priority. The service sure gets worse every year.

Order was placed through Humana on 4/1. Today is 4/11 and still shows no pickup yet by USPS. Glad it isn't for prescriptions.

My package to my son containing candy has been gone for 2 weeks tomorrow and no one seems to be able to help. It probably is somewhere in Jacksonville, FL You are rated 0 by me. This is the second time this has happened. I will never mail a package again. There are people who would work better than what you have now working. You need to clean house and hire them.
