So my package arrived at Buffalo on Jan 3, but instead of being handed over to mailman for delivery it was sent to OH. WTF, why the detour? Now I do not even know where it is and it just says it left OH on USPS tracking page, and it was 2 days ago. No wonder USPS is going down.

They constantly day things are delivered when they have not delivered the parcel. They do it to look goodv on paper. But, it is dishonorable.

High rates,poor service,slow,lost packages,etc.Should be 0 stars

I cringe when I see packages were swnt through USPS because I will get things about 50% of the time. My mail is often returned aaying I moved and didnt leave a forqarding address. More than 6 months of trying to get it straightened out and not any better.

Package was not delivered on time when it was promised

I have had packages returned to sender on same day that they arrived to local post office and now I have a package that was supposed to arrive today and didn't. The last tracking info on package was four days ago with no updates. Would rather the company use carrier pigeons than USPS.......

I am active duty and only home for a little bit before I go back overseas. I ordered a replacement for my phone screen. It was garunteed to arrive from Amazon through USPS on Monday the 3rd before I left to Texas to see my father, it arrived on the 4th. My mother paid for Priority mail express, garunteed to arrive today, the 7th, so I could have it before going abroad. It did not arrive, and now I will have to wait weeks to receive my screen, probably goes without saying but it will not be through USPS. I understand the holidays but my package still says it's in Rochester. You will not receive my business again.

Crazy mail these days . Everything blamed on coved .

Sent check certified mail Dec 13th, today is jan.7th and it is still not there. My health insurance was terminated 1st of Jan. Because it be delivered from wilkes-barre to Pittsburgh in18 days.

My package was sent to me on the 13th of December 2021 and today is the 7th of January 2022 and I still haven’t received it. I highly do not recommend this company!!! I’m so disappointed and hurt.

I missed my flight because my passport didn't arrive on time after paying for Express service.
