Tracking is awesome

My package has been in transit for weeks. I placed this order at the end of February and now it's middle of April!

Items was shipped the seller, 5 working days still show no activities.

I got a package of herbal tea I got made lungs and heart it help me carm down and breath better but you again losted my package were is it

I send SIM card to China post office staff said 10 days get there, I paid $20 just one SIM card Now 20 days until not there yet, why?

I don't know why the US postal service is even bothers giving you a tracking number. Anytime that I've tried to track a package it's not there you can't find it it's not in the system worthless!

Terrible.I was given 2 dates for delivery and then it Shows my package was delivered and I have not received it. Evidently it was delivered to the wrong address.

Couldn't access my location we live in a house this is ridiculous!! My mailman has no issues delivering my mail!! We're right on the corner just say I'm too lazy to deliver what you ordered!! Have no issues with Amazon delivering my products on time!!

Had no problems, at all. Never had any problems with USPS.

Awful service and tracking info. Don’t do an online tracking svc if you can’t keep it up to date. Waste of your resources…best to focus on doing what our postage *supposed* to cover

USPS isn't perfect, but they are pretty reliable.

Sent certified mail 3/28 from St Albans WV 25177 to Hagerstown MD and as if April 10, 2022 still hasn’t delivered. Horrible service. Everyone you call tells you they don’t know where your package is and they do not know when it will deliver? USPS based on this information how would you self rate yourself??????

I don't know what they are doing. Keep delivering my packages to wrong house and I keep getting other people's mail. Smarten up

I have always been happy with your tracking service. What people have to realize is theirs a shortage and some things come from a third party. Just imagine no postal service at all. I am grateful for all your hard work and dedication
