Good service and excellent job!!

Unlike UPS it tells you where you're packages. Very good job

I have had several items say they were delivered when THEY WEREN'T!!! I was sitting at the window with a full view of where my postman would have to walk received NOTHING, BUT WAS MARKED DELIVERED.

I got a package that was 3 day shipping and it's been over 9 days didn't even leave the state to come to me yet. So much for 3 day shipping

I am appalled at the poor customer service by the Postal Service once Christmas is over!?! A first class package requiring an adult signature for delivery was mailed out to me from Scranton, PA on December 23rd at 4:24 p.m. This package contains controlled substances that I depend upon to continue to function in society without being in excruciating pain. But because of your poor customer service after the holidays, you go right back to lazy, sloppy work. Or at least that applies to my current rural mail carrier, Kathy McFatten from the Clermont Annex. She is a rude, mouthy, mail mutilaling carrier who lacks any regard for customer service. She will purposely smash a medium package into the box to force a customer to come pick up the mail at the main office because she puts it on hold right away without even notifying the customer until it's too late. She needs lessons in being NICE to her customers and not blocking all the boxes at the same time. She's just LAZY. Period. And I've yet to see the post office address this matter. Is it because she is black? She gets special treatment? Must be nice.

They lost my order without compensation!

I’ve been waiting for a package since September 09 and it’s now december 28th! Been trying to find it by contacting ups and usps and are both so eager to push blame on anyone else!!!! Scammers and crooks! Scum!!!

Unbelievably ridiculous. Can't make sense of the crowded page. Just want tracking info like you get with Fed Ex and UPS. Not all the nonsense.

usps has done better than they did last year. All my mailings were delivered on time and in good condition. Thanks for a good job. Need to lose the trump theory regarding the postal service, current postmaster can either look at positivities of usps and build on it, or be advised to move on. Keep the goodness going....xo

I am very disappointed South the Chattanooga,TN post office. My mother sent me a over night package on Monday of last week and it was a next day propriety package and today is 8 days later and I have still not received my package
