lost my package. They have no idea where it is. very important package. I have already ran to 2 different post offices trying to run it down in to different cities and know one knows where it is.

9534626515962088978517 is in Florida for some reason, when it should be in las Vegas NV. The post office can't explain why. Been there as 2 April and today is the 7th April.

I can't even give them 1 star. My package never arrived. The status says it is inroute but it has been stuck in the same place for a week. Credit card already charged and Amazon Prime has been zero help.
