I paid $29.60 for overnight shipping on 4/5 the receipt said that will be delivered on 04/06 but they really deliveries on 04/07 at 3:00pm

My package has been sitting in NJ for a week. This is my and my daughter’s Easter dresses and I may not receive it in time if my package isn’t moving. I don’t understand why it can’t continue its journey in a timely manner. I don’t get why packages just sit???
