Mailed my small package 4/10 and today is 4/20. It has only gone from TN to Fl. It going to Australia; however, I don't understand a 1st class delivery taking so long to get only so far as the Miami distribution center. Ver disappointing.

I trusted in your words...unfortunately, you just lost my confiance...too much time for my stuff...still in transit...

The service is very bad, you pay extra to deliver the packages faster and they take the same time as normal, waste of money.

Well I've been given contradictory answers to all of my inquiries. 1 message says it's in KC . The next says it's in route from Springfield MO. Now it says it's on its way to fort Lennard wood . Funny that's passed my address in Lebanon. But earlier today it said it would be delivered tomorrow. Now I've used the tracking services before, w/o any issues. What in the hell happened to the simple tracking of a package ! Has the post office gone woke ? Just who is in charge of this monstrosity that's called the USPS or the post office. GOD HELP ME & ALL THE REST of THOSE TRYING to TRACK THEIR PACKAGE!

I sent a priority package o Saturday morning and they told me it will be deliver on Tuesday and is Friday and still haven’t been deliver . So why pay extra for priority delivery ???

If I could give 0 stars I would terrible service said. It would be here got postponed 6 days and still not here worst shipping ever

Terrible delivery service I've had nothing but problems with usps deliveries for months very unhappy with unittmed states postal service deliveries zero stars

I brought a smart lock for 400 US dollars. With my signature, usps say that it been delivered. Going to the office, they said it's not in the system. Have dispute with ebay, they said it's been delivered. File closed and I lost my 400 dollars. Worst service.

Ripped off again

Sent a Priority Express to a relative on 4-15-2024, guaranteed to be there on the 17th. It is now the 19th and it is still sitting at the Jacksonville Fla. Distribution Center! I am beyond angry, this is ridiculous! My local Post Offfice has done everything they can to get them to get them to get it out.

What did I pay $30 for if you can't deliver a package in24 to 36 hrs why do you take my money total lack of pride within the postal service need to just shut the place down let it pass onto history for lying

Paid extra shipped package on the 11 was told it will be there on the 15 package still sitting in Atlanta WOW what’s going on

Took forever place blows

Not happy with service from USPS. Package was mailed Priority Express and up til initial day of delivery was showing in route. 5 days after suppose delivery day I find out package was delayed in Birmingham Alabama sort facility with no explanation. I thought USPS had fixed issues they knew they have with the Birmingham Alabama sort facility but guess not. If I could I'd give them a negative rating

If there were no stars or negative stars, that's what they would get. We can't seem to get our mail on time or anything and now, I've had a package sitting at a post office less than 30 miles away. Medicine I need for my cat and they tell me I can't even come and pick it up. I even ordered this early just in case and can't seem to get it even CLOSE to the right time. This is ridiculous! And they get paid well!
