In the future you may want to avoid Florida. A 3 day delivery from Georgia to North Dakota. Has spent 3 days bouncing around Florida and has yet to go north at all. Plus they are predicting 2 more days. Doesn't make sense.

My package was mailed off on 4/1/24. Still hadn’t made it to where it’s suppose to go. It’s 3 weeks later. This is unacceptable

I sent a certified letter on Monday morning at 10:30 a.m. it needed to travel 60 miles from one town in New Jersey to another. Today is Sunday and it is still in transit.

Signed up for two week mail hold. Confirmed start and stop on line. I get home and the mailbox is stuffed. Someone not doing their job

A large heavy package was delivered to my parents’ doorstep that is NOT for them or their address! I cannot find any way to get ahold of someone to pick it back up! Of course it was Sunday morning for special delivery. It is too heavy for me to lift! Stuff has been delivered here for other addresses before.which I went ahead to get to people. I am NOT hired The address to be their last part of delivery! The address had the same street address but nowhere never the same numbers! Fed up!

It’s been a terrible experience. The equivalent of being on the maiden voyage of the titanic. the transatlantic voyage sounds like a wonderful idea until the ship strikes an iceberg with an unorganized abandon ship that causes many people to die , much like the United States Postal Service. There is no hope for the ship because of stupidity,.Yet the captain went down with the ship rather than try and blame the iceberg. No our US postal service is run by an incompetent buffoon.

If something not broken why start something new it took six days from Crown Airport Postal Office in ATL to the New Distribution Mail Postal Office in Palmetto GA together send it out Go back Airport postal because this new one is not working...did not mean to complain but my bills Real late when it gets there i got yo pay again or sevice will get didisconnected

I don't understand I paid 17.00 certified mail with return receipt .went to postal office on 12 April 2024 on the receipt it said 15 April 2024 . It just got to Charlotte,North Carolina . It use to be fast post office at Crown Postal Office they got this new one what's going on I really liked service from Crown Postal Office the Airport postal office was Great this new one my bill's are slow my prescription got lost what up with the new distribution center.

I was told my envelope would be delivered by 6:00 p.m. and of course I have not heard anything from anyone that the package was delivered

3-day delivery, what a joke. Purchased an item from a guy in Georgia, it's spent 3 and 1/2 days goofing around in Florida. And the tracking talk about a day late and a dollar short. You could at least say where it's in route to instead of sitting here watching it's in transit. Why is it goofing around in Florida for 3 days.? It's supposed to come to North Dakota. If I could give zero stars I would.

They spend LOS years increasing service costs NO and they still don't have a form of verification in their systems. They are the most incompetent and have the worst service in this country.

Very disappointed. Packages sent were routed way out of the way and are still in transit. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday.

Sanford certified letter from Washington to Alabama it's been 3 days and the letter still sitting in Washington State I could have sent it regular mail and at least be halfway there by now

My package was supposed to be delivered by 4/12 here it is 4/20 and it's still in Birmingham where it's been for 5 days now this is crazy

First time I'll get my package overnight! My mom has mailed me for the last three months 2 packages a month and did priority over night shipping in total 6 packages only 2 made it overnight one package took 4 days ! My over all rating is a 3 the post office needs help in a big way!!!
