Several times usps lost my packages and it got so complicated, I never recived a refund. They insisted to drop prepaid packages in the post office window, they never scanned it and never sand me refund. I called many times. I was given several numbers to call, some even was not reachable. They never took responsibility

My package has not yet arrived .it has passed my house several times while going coast to coast . It is now 13 days since sent from 350 miles away . Package has 4375 miles on it so far .

Delivered sent package on the 11 should take 2 days now it’s the 19 and nothing

Two times i two weeks they lost mine priority mail.

This is the worst delivery service and I’m embarrassed that it is ours. I got things quicker coming on slow boat from china. I can’t even get info on the letter very sad which needed to be there asap.

Always nervous when I know that United States Postal Service when I have packages shipping in from overseas I never know what to expect I always have bad results waiting finding out what’s going on and it takes the package is too long When it comes and sometimes you have to hope that the package is not lost somewhere nobody seems to know what’s going on down there

My local post office 4150 Chicago Ave Riverside Ca is the best in customer service and they are all very knowledgeable of all the services provided. Love my local post office

I payed good money for next day delivery and I failed to get it it's the next day 8:43pm

I'll never use USPS again. The package I sent is 2 days late and still not there. Unbelievable for what you charge and still can't get it there on time.

Have a item that was sent on 4/6 went all through the us and now its in pr at a distribution center and it was suppost to be here the 9th of april and now thier saying not getting here til the 19th of april...... Furious nawwwww not furious im beyond furious

Very poor service. 2 packages mailed same time. One received in 5 days. Other still out . Insane. Not good business
