USPS reviews

Paid exta money for 2 day priority mail. SIX days later it's still not here and there is ZERO recourse. The people at the post office however have been apologetic and nice but ate the end of the day I am still missing a very important document and have no idea if I will ever see it.

I'm happy with the service. The tracking shows it was delivered on the day it was promised however, I have not heard from the recipient yet so I may revise this review.

Not happy, unacceptable, 5 days and the package is still in the distribution center. Last time I use the USPS, I rather use UPS. What are you guys doing with all the money we are paying for your service ? And you still have the audacity to increase your rates. Unbelievable.

I sent a package on the 11th it was supposed to arrive by the 14th here it is the 17th and it still hasn't arrived so y'all suck

Paid $40 for my package to get two day delivery from NJ to CT, Still waiting!!! They need to get rid of Louis DeJoy ASAP!! He has screwed up USPS that it may never recover, lost all faith in this service!!

Always getting my packages on time for many years now.

My items were to be delivered from last week and have yet to arrive. I'm seeing that this is a trend with USPS. It is probably time this be put forth to the police and to the media. People are spending their hard earned money and USPS can't deliver.

My package has not arrived on scheduled date. Mailed: 4-15-24 Scheduled delivery: 4-16-24 Today is 4-17-24 and my package has not been delivered. Tracking indicates that it's in Puerto Rico. It should be in Jacksonville, FL What's going on USPS?

I blame myself for using USPS to send a package from US to UAE. My package has been in your custody for 26 days now without receiving my package. I wasn't aware this is how poor you operates.

Paid for priority mail delivery. Took package to USPS on 4/12 to be delivered on 4/15. Package very important for court case. Tracking says package still at post office. Your service is pitiful

I sent a package from ohio to Texas, USPS GROUND. It was supposed to arrive Thursday 4/11/24. It ended up in hawaii? By Ground? Amazing it finally arrived 4/16/24 in Texas. Incompetence much? The pony express was more efficient folks.

Terrible. USPS loses one letter after another. Now they manage to lose Certified mail with Tracking number. Unprofessional garbage or feli erate sabotage?
