Hi I was tracking my package since 3/15-till now . They just keeping said that. Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility. So, I call to 800# 20times a week. my package is not delivered to South Korea at the moment.So I called because I wanted to know the reason, and I was wondering if there was a track number and if could find out, So , customer service can’t expect what I said. They’re don’t know where’s my package . I was angry and frustrated.

My package was at the Petersburg post office on feb 19. They said they cant find it. Totally unacceptable.

Sent package on 3/15. It’s 3/27 and it still hasn’t gotten there. This may be why the usps is being replaced by companies like ups. Unacceptable

My package is still not here. The last message I received it was in Memphis but would be late. That was March 14, this is March 27.

Package supposed to arrive today and you guys claim you can't find my house and you have delivered here before and my drive way is not blocked like you claim.

Never recieved my package.

A 1st Class package sent from Little Rock, AR to Bluffton, SC 6 days ago. Delivery date still unknown. Completely unacceptable! !

Worst service around. Package still sitting in Georgia and supposed to have been delivered yesterday. Maybe bring back the pony express for faster service! Had to give 1 star rating because that's as low as I can go.

USPS is the sorriest delivery service. Always looses packages. The pony express would be faster!! ☹

I mailed an envelope on 3/22 by registered mail to Portland, OR from Woodstock,Illinois. I paid over $14 to send it by registered mail. I was told it would arrive no later than the following Saturday. It contained important documents my daughter needed by the following Monday. IT DID NOT ARRIVE BY SATURDAY. Now, she is in a panic not knowing if it is lost or what. The tracking # put in Saturday stated the package left Carol Stream on the 22nd. That was the last information received on Saturday, 5 days later. That is totally unacceptable. And the USPS wonders why they are losing customers to other delivery services. I will NOT use USPS again for delivery of anything.
