Birthday package delivered right on time, as usual. USPS rocks!! Much appreciation.

Would do 0 if I could! How many years of technology and transportation does it take to go backwards on the evolution of parcel delivery? The answer is as much tech usps has and as long as USPS has existed. Packages seem to vanish from earth as soon as they get to Florida. It's amazing how a service can get so screwed up over time!

Post office is horrible. If I personally have to spend money to send mail I will go anywhere else not to have to use the post office.

Horrible service. Soooo Slow. Always sends my packages all over the place except for my address. The mail carriers we have are rude and lazy as well. Need I say more

My package is been sitting in St. Paul since March 14 and which is not up to an hour drive to my location. If i had I would have not us them as my carrier service and their bad image is gonna change until they deliver my package in Alton IL here.

too slow delivery for shipping costs

I wish there was a way to stop any packages from shipping USPS! It’s always delayed!!

I send a priority mail,my package was missing for 1 months which I later file a complaint and my package was found.How do I get my refund because the service which I paid for was not complete?
