Pathetic!!! I ordered an item on Dec 9th as a Christmas present and as of Dec 21st it had been shipped from LA to NY….I live in Florida. It has gone from NY to NJ and as of today Jan 9th one month later it still shows nothing past the NJ distribution center. Pitiful and very unreliable ??
