I live in Canada. I ordered a pkg that originated in Minneapolis, which is 8 hours directly south of me. My pkg was sent all the way to Los Angeles and into Canada via Vancouver. I ordered a month ago and my pkg still hasn’t arrived. When I try to locate my pkg your website , text and email updates tell me my pkg couldn’t be delivered on Jan 4 and you will attempt again the next day. It’s the 9th today. So … where is my pkg ? Very disappointed in the service. I paid $50 for shipping. And I still don’t have my pkg almost 30 days later. Horrible service.

Very poor i mailed my priority box December 14 to the philippines post office told me that it will take 14 days to get there but it is almost 1 month still my family hasn't received it yet and when I check it shows that it was in Chicago on December 24 why is like that is this how usps works not reliable that is why I gave you very poor in rating.

Sent a package to FL. Was told we could do 7 day or 3. Paid extra for 3 day. Package hasn't arrived after 7 days and still says it's in transit.

I think this is very helpful but it would be even better in my opinion if your could see exactly where your package is and when it should get there.

My package is not here but I think it will get here fast I hope

What good is it tracking number if it's been 4 days and nothing shows is updated.

I think deliveries on Sundays are an awesome way for the postal service to stay with the pace of such frequent mail

Terrible I have been waiting on my medicine since 12/29/21 and I will be out of that life saving medicine Tuesday 1/11/22 thanks to poor delivery service

I purchased a Christmas gift on Nov 6th I still haven't gotten it . I have no clue where it is and really don't think I'll ever get it. I'm so flipping mad.

You people promise me that the package it will take 3 days and its still in transit 7 days after I delicered

I have been waiting for my package for 4 days ans now they saying it's lost I'd rather use ups instead of usps
