Package arrived in record time. Very happy.

I routinely get excellent service and on time delivery. No complaints.

I send priority boxes almost every month, I also pay that extra amount to ensure faster service, HOWEVER! my boxes rarely make it to their destination within the time that it should. I have also checked on the status of my boxes and they are actually at the post office but the carrier will only grab a few at a time. The WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrible. Packages never on time. The worst in updates on package where abouts, only carrier that seems to be still using the pony express.

I shouldn’t have to pay to have someone tell me you lost my package. How the he$$ did it go to New Jersey when it was only going 175 miles within the state?!?!

I Paid 7.95 for priority mail on January 3rd and my letter is scheduled to arrive on the 11th 8 days to send priority are you kidding me!!! 7.95 and my letter is sitting in Grand Rapids 35 miles from where I sent it!!! Thank you for making my payment late!!!

I paid $26 to get an envelope there next day and it did not arrive or next day!!

Very poor Dispatch not even registered on the side for two day priority delivery. Product does arrive next day. Good delivery but poor online info.

The staff needs more training.

I haven't received my package yet and it showing delivered on 7th on January. Not happy about it at all. Can't even track where it is right now. Pls I need my package
