My small package that was suppose to be delivered in 2 days still is in Norfolk distribution center. It wasp important that it arrive in 2 days in time for my dear friends funeral. I' m so digested with our USPS.

It's impossible! - a parcel with books I've sent in 2021 Aug, 2 to LA stopped in New York (Airport), and since Aug 10 I do not have even a drop of information about process of delivery. Their tracking is confusing. Slow shipping, even when you pay for faster shipping speeds. The delivery part of USPS is also a joke. Many of my important documents have been mailed elese where and “lost”

None of my packages are being delivered to my door. I don't even get a slip posted on my door that a delivery attempt was made and I can pick up my package at the nearest post office. Horrible customer service and support.

Item suppose to be delivered today for a 2 day shipping and yet the map is still same location when it started and no updates on my item

Your service is deplorable. I bought a 55” television and the tracking number said you delivered it on December 4th but I never received it. Your carrier said she didn’t remember and your manager said to see if the seller has insurance so they could send another one.
