Too long to receive a parcel was picked up on December 14th & still not here terrible service if you need to send anything l would recommend either Fed Ex or USP at lease you get it in a timely manner

Trash… there’s a reason they needed a bail out. This is a sinking ship. The Union Employees don’t give af about the customers and the mail men can’t get you the mail on time … It will be a great day when the post office is no longer here

I had a title to send to the insurance company and we sent it 1 day priority mail and paid $27 on Monday. Tracked the package and the package didn't leave my town until Tuesday. Here it is Wednesday and they still don't have it. Monday morning drop off. Tuesday we are waiting. Wednesday they still don't have the title we sent off for 1 day priority. I need all my money back for that regular shipping you guys did. Can't even pay for a service and get what you paid for from Usps.

Service has really gone downhill. Good luck getting anything delivered that isn't junk mail. I have received packages from China in less time than usps.

The only reason I am leaving a 1 is I cannot go any lower I ordered a shotgun and it will be here in 5 days. What happen to 3 day or 2 days

Said they tried to deliver My package, which they did not!! I have no paper saying they tried, nor my package

Two days delivery was mailed out on December 8th and I still have not receive my package.

I have always found the USPS very helpful. They seem to get a bad wrap when things do not go right. Most times it is consumer error.

Certified mail was sent to me almost 2 weeks ago and it still has not arrived. I can’t find where it is with the tracking information that I’m getting.

I think the post office does a great job. I think they get things where they are needing to go and good time and with good cost efficiency and I am very pleased all these years now and continue to be so. I'm not pleased with politicians and their ilk trying to ruin what we have been doing quite well for many decades with the post office. Thank goodness for it.
