NEVER had a problem with receiving or sending! Fast & exceptional service!

Supposed to get my order on Saturday but still no show and I really need it cuz it's my daughter's Christmas Presents

Nothing is ever updated. Last updates was a Saturday very early morning, it's now late Monday night and no update. Always great when it's a main gift for a child

I'm upset at the fact that the package I sent went from Grand Junction Co to Seattle Washington then to San Francisco and is still sitting there. It's been in San Francisco since 3:08am yesterday the 19th. So you should have sent it to Sacramento then Marysville CA then to it's destination, but no you'd rather waste 7 days in unneeded destinations. I give you one star at best. I know for a fact that you can do much, much better.

My package has been in USPS’s hands since December 2nd , it’s currently the 20th and it’s been in California since the 9th and it hasn’t gone anywhere . Shipping is horrible .

Tracking showed handed to a resident at 1264 Mineral Springs Road, it was left next to a neighbors fence at 7:04pm and the neighbors had no clue it was there.

Packages delivered on or before scheduled time! Kudos! Keep up the great work! Thank you for your effort!

No updates in over 40 hours???

Very disappointed waiting for a registered letter that was sent to me on the 14th of December and haven't received it yet.

Truly appreciate all the hard work and overwhelming shipping this holiday season! Those that helped me ship my package were overwhelmingly kind
