I wish I can rate 0 starts, the USPS lost my tax envelope from Port Chester, NY post office. This is the second time that is happening and I am extremely disappointed. I wouldn’t trust to USPS…

Mailed an important piece of mail on the 3rd. Paid for 2 day shipping and here it’s is the 10th. Still saying it’s at local distributions center!! This is messed up!!! It need to be at it’s destination since Monday!!!

Taking over a week for my package to come, it's been two days overdue look up the tracking number last update with 5 days ago.

Took a package to the Smithsburg post office on April 4 at 12:37 in the afternoon mailed it regular mail to Frederick Maryland. No my package went to Florida and I don’t know where it’s at right now I got a check again but I have no idea how that happened, why is it have to go to Florida and then back here we’re supposed to get the package on the sixth and still don’t have it yet and today’s the 10th

Sent perishable items pkg Monday from Canton. Tracking it, I find it sitting in Akron since Monday pm. Ridiculous! Knew I should have gone to UPS.

Terrible service. I've sent something priority.Male to took twenty one days to get there. Y pay extra if it's gonna take five times as long? I sent another package on Monday.I've been tracking the package. It is still sitting at the post office! Perhaps we should go back to Pony Express.

USPS personal are so nice! However my mail has not delivered yet since March 25, with priority and insurance, they said that it will be delivered in no more than 5 days. Today is April 10 and it still appears in transit. I went to the usps office and they say that they are running out of personal, and that they have a new storage facility and maybe is there. At the end… my personal and priority documents have not been delivered. USPS is not what it was. So dissatisfied and disappointed.
