Tracking is hard to follow

what? it was supposed to be in Seattle by YESTERDAY! That's what we paid for! It hasn 't even left Illinois yet???

Typical USPS incompetence!!! I pay 40.00 for a letter to be on time. 40.00 for a simple letter and it’s going on three days past the agreed delivery date. I could have drove my car backwards and I would have been there delivered the letter and been home! Unbelievable!!!

Always late with packages

Why can't you update like you are supposed to a package should not set for 3 days at one place

24 hours after mailed package still shows it at the postal station.

Seldom correct but continue to check hoping its gotten better.

They clearly lose a package and all they can say is oops! Then they try to blame you! Do not trust the post office! Make sure you insure your package and get a receipt that states you shipped it! This is ridiculous! They have a computer error and lose a package and I am the one who loses!

I would rather ship FedEx because FedEx will tell me exactly where the package is from the minute the package leaves Elkins wv. But the post office doesn't give me that up date

Paid for overnight delivery and it did not happen. All tracking says is it left my post office.

My packages are not in my destination till now. It has been in transit from Kentucky to it destination for 3 days now. And I don't have any idea where my packages are.

I love usps they do a great job everyday.

Package was sent overnight Suppose to be delivered by Thursday. Not there yet.

My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday the 13th to Seattle WA, and now it is the 16th and the package is still in Chicago! What's the explantation for this?
