Terrible service...will only use UPS next time

This package has been sitting in Vienna since October 29,2021??? What Is going on????

One of the worst government agencies to deal with. They NEVER help, DON'T care and are BOTHERED that you asked for assistance. Oh, and DON'T even call cause they NEVER answer.

USPS usually does a very good job when deliver ing items I order. I also use them to send items people order from me in my business. So far they have been great and done a very good job. I appreciate them.

This is the 2nd time my orders have been dropped off at my neighbors instead of mine! Please take the time to read! This is RIDICULOUS! luckily I have honest neighbors that gave me my purchases instead if keeping them. Please do better!!!

Very easy to track mail and packages.

I took my package in on December 13th paid $44.45 for two day delivery and today is Thursday the 16th and the package still has not been delivered why do I have to pay so much money when the package won't be delivered when they say they're going to deliver which was 2 days and I'm not sure why the receipt says expected day delivery was the 16 when I pay for 2 days please help me understand that thank you. Why would they charge me 44 45 for two day delivery when it's really 4 days and if that was the case I would have just bought the 6 day delivery rate. I am currently unemployed and can afford to be throwing away money thank you.

Deanna the clerk who helped me at the Sierra N. Hills Blvd. on Dec 16 was very sweet very helpful!! She was a delight! I was sending a package to my son who is deployed in Africa. And it was my first time of sending something to him and she was quite helpful thank you!

Delivery dates are rarely met. 9361289715008119354743 This one is still sitting in Memphis yet it’s supposed to be here by 8 pm. I know THAT NEVER HAPPENS!

Absolutely terrible delivery service Cost for shipping $90 and parcel takes almost 4 weeks to get there. Corporate greed at its best

Worse service ever. Cannot understand what they are saying, heavy accent. Don't have any idea not knowledgeable. And when ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up the phone. They have no idea how to service the caller. Uses are slow on delivering package and they leave the package in front of door so someone can take it. It-s happened to me several times already . Delivery person does not knock or wait to see if someone is home. Also to mail packages has gotten so expensive and we do not get the full service we deserve . The clerks are rude and so are the drivers . Ups has better service and are knowledgeable of any question they are ask . Also FedEx are knowledgeable and also polite and courteous. I see uses losing customers by the day by day.
