They updated their tracking page and not to the benefit of the customer. You can’t see the end destination anymore or estimated arrival date. Very disappointed. What’s the point of tracking

Today I was given the task of getting an important package delivered for Christmas. The box it was in would have cost me $40 but after trying two other boxes, the wonderful staff at my post office in Starke, FL found the perfect fit at a cheaper price. As a veteran I say mission accomplished!

terrible service. I sent a package to a client and for having a wrong number in the address it was lost. They should put it back in my mailbox and they didn't. I paid for that service.

I paid for priority package delivery on 12-07-2021. It is now 12-14-2021 and packages still have not been delivered. Tracking has not been updated since 12-11-2021. This is very poor service!
